For online training, we use the latest online training technology which enables the tutor and the student to engage in live one to one training, share and view documents, chat, view and work on documents by sharing the desktop and using the built-in shared white board. This is very similar to having a tutor near by you. We also use very effective teaching modules to improve the quality of training and also to minimise the number of training hours required. Off-line training at our centres are also provided using the latest teaching methodology.

We have different hourly packages to suit all types of students starting from the basic 10 hour package.

You need to have a broadband Internet connection with Internet explorer 5.5 and above. We also recommend the below hardware:

a) Headset with microphone

b) Digital writing pad (optional)

Apart from the normal free software, e.g. java which is already available in all the computers, you don't have to do any major software downloads. You will be provided a log-in ID to log on to the training session. All you need to do is to click on to the link which will be e-mailed to you prior to the training session.

Yes, there will be a Free Trial session to explain how the system works. You will not be charged for this session.

There will be an initial assessment of the student to understand the student needs followed by regular ongoing assessments during your training sessions which will be fed back to you regularly.
